VENISON JERKY 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. hickory smoke
1 tsp. ginger powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
7 lbs. thinly sliced meat or 1 gal. ice cream pail full

Mix all above ingredients together except 1/2 of the lemon pepper. Mix well and let it marinate overnight. When you are ready to cook, add rest of lemon pepper and mix well.

Skewer meat on toothpicks and hang directly on oven rack. Cook for about 5 hours at temperature, 175 or 200 degrees, depending on your oven, some are hotter then others.
