CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chopped chicken
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Seasoned salt to taste
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/4 c. slivered almonds
3/4 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tbsp. paprika

Combine the chicken, celery, green pepper, onion, mayonnaise, cream and lemon juice in a greased casserole. Add the seasonings and almonds and mix well. Cover the chicken with potato chips and sprinkle with cheese and paprika.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
