THUMBS UP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 carrots
12 to 14 med. size potatoes
1 sm. head of cabbage
1 or 2 onions
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise

Dice potatoes very thin full length of potato (as if making scalloped potatoes). Keep in cold water until ready to use. Dice carrots thin, onions thin. Mix the 2 cans of soup together, add 1 can water, 1/2 can of milk, mix together with soup. In casserole dish lightly greased with butter. Layer potatoes, carrots and onions until casserole dish is almost full. Pour soup mixture over layered of potato, onions, carrots. Top with hamburger seasoned to taste and place in 400 degree oven and cook until almost tender, approximately 45 minutes. Place cut up place cabbage on top of hamburger and cook until tender!
