CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 sm. cans evaporated milk
1 sm. can green chilies
1 med. onion
2 lg. cans boned chicken
1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
12 corn tortillas, cut in quarters

Saute chiles and onions in bacon grease. Mix with soup, milk, broth and chicken. Layer casserole with tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese (9 layers). Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield: 8-12 servings.
