BROKEN GLASS DESSERT 
24 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. hot pineapple juice
1 pt. whipping cream

Combine the crushed crackers, sugar, and butter. Put half of the mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. The remaining half shall be sprinkled on top. Dissolve each of the 3 packages of Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Place in ice cube trays and allow to set until firm. Cut the gelatin into squares. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in cold water, add hot pineapple juice. If juice is unsweetened, add 1 tablespoon sugar. Cool mixture until it has a syrup consistency. Add whipped cream. Add the Jello squares to the mixture and place in the pan. Put the rest of the crumbs on top. Refrigerate overnight.
