2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 c. blended oats (blend in blender)
1 (8 oz.) grated Hershey bar
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
24 oz. chocolate chips
3 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour

Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda. Add chips, candy and nuts. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Roll into balls and place 2" apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies. The recipe can be halved.
