NO EGG CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
7/8 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 lg. egg whites, room temperature
7/8 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
1 1/2 tsp. double acting baking powder
2 tsp. bourbon

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, pecans, chocolate chips and baking powder. Beat egg whites until foamy; beat in sugar gradually until whites form stiff peaks. Add bourbon. When egg whites form peaks fold in crumb mixture gently. Spoon gently into greased and floured 10 inch glass pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes.
