1 pkg. angel food cake mix
3/4 c. + 1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. orange juice
Few drops yellow food coloring (optional)
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

ORANGE GLAZE:

1 c. 10X sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
Zest of orange

Mix angel food cake as directed on package except use combined water, orange juice and yellow food coloring instead of water. Add grated orange peel to cake flour mixture. Bake and cool according to package directions.

GLAZE: Mix together and drizzle over cake.
