POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 lb. Imperial butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar

Cream butter; blend in sugar, vanilla and then flour. Add crushed potato chips. Beat for 2 minutes. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet about 12 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
