SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 sm. onions, sliced
1 clove of garlic, cut fine
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf, crushed
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 lb. meat made into balls

Simmer olive oil and garlic together for about 20 minutes. Add other ingredients and cook for 3 or 4 hours, the sauce will thicken. Put meatballs in when sauce is about half done.
