LIME-PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple (syrup) juice
1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt. sour cream or 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. slivered almonds or pecans

Mix salt, gelatin and boiling water, stir until completely dissolved. Add pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, sour cream and almonds. Mix well. Pour into 6 cup oiled mold and chill until set.
