OATMEAL TEA BREAD 
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. chopped pecans

BREAD:

1 1/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. sweetened applesauce
1/3 c. Wesson oil
2 lg. eggs
1/4 c. milk

Prepare topping and set aside. Grease and flour a 9x5x2 inch loaf pan.

In large mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Stir in oats and raisins. Beat applesauce, oil, eggs, and milk together. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture; pour applesauce mixture into the well and stir only until dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened.

Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with the topping. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until tester comes clean, about 55-60 minutes.
