ORANGE-TUNA MACARONI SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 lg. orange, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
2 c. cooked and drained macaroni, cooled
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion

Blend mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper; mix with orange pieces, tuna, macaroni, celery, and onion lightly but thoroughly.

NOTE: This salad can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.

Makes 6-8 servings.
