2 lbs. hamburger
Chopped onion
1 (32 oz.) jar Prego sauce
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper
5 med. potatoes
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger and onions; drain. Stir in sauce, water, basil, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper. Place half in 9x13 pan. Peel and slice potatoes and layer on meat mixture and other half of meat. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. When done sprinkle on cheese. Pop in oven long enough to melt and brown cheese.
