8 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts (optional)

Cook milk, butter and cocoa for 1 minute. Add confectioners sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour over warm cake.
