BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 old hen
1 fryer
10 lb. potatoes, cooked & mashed
5 lb. fatback, chopped up
7 qts. butterbeans
7 qts. corn
9 qts. tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
Salt and pepper
2 sticks butter
1 box dry potato flakes

Simmer a long, long time.
