MOZZARELLA SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise (must be Hellmann's)
12 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. minced onion
2 1/2 tsp. parsley

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 24 hours. Spread on baby rye breads or crackers.
