ITALIAN LASAGNA | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked as directed 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce with herbs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 lb. dry cottage cheese 2 c. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Mix ground beef, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and seasoning. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cottage cheese. Repeat layering with remaining noodles, sauce and cheeses. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to stand for 8-10 minutes before cutting. |
