CHEESEBALL 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt (more or less according to taste)
Chili powder

Let cheese sit out until soft enough to mix. Mix cheeses and garlic salt together. Form into a ball. Tear off a piece of wax paper and sprinkle with chili powder. Roll cheese ball through chili powder coating cheese ball lightly. Wrap in wax paper and put in ice box until firm.
