PARMESAN CRISPED CHICKEN 
Dip chicken breasts in a mixture of 1 slightly beaten egg and 2 tablespoons milk.

Coat with a mixture of:

3/4 c. cornflake crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Place on foil lined baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter if desired. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Do not cover or turn chicken while baking. (About 6 breasts).
