PARMESAN POTATO CRISPS 
3 or 4 sm. baking potatoes
2 tsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of pepper

Scrub potatoes and thinly slice. Arrange potatoes in a thin layer in a lightly greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle cheese and pepper over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, in a 450 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
