PARTY CHICKEN SALAD FOR FIFTY | |
5 qts. cooked chicken, cut into cubes (18-20 lbs. or ready to cook chickens) 3 c. salad dressing 1 tbsp. salt 2 qts. celery, chopped 1 1/2 qts. cucumber, chopped 16 hard cooked eggs 3 c. almonds, sliced and toasted Mix salad dressing and salt with chicken. Add celery, cucumber and eggs. Chill. |
