BEEF BRISKET IN BEER 
4 lb. brisket
1 onion, sliced
1 bottle (12 oz.) chili sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 can (12 oz.) beer
1 clove garlic

Season meat with salt and pepper. Place meat in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish or pan. Cover with onion slices. Pour other ingredients over meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
