BEEF BRISKET WITH BEER 
4 lb. beef brisket
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. beer

In a small bowl combine soup mix, catsup, brown sugar, garlic and beer. Place beef on foil. Pour mixture over beef, top with foil and secure. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours or until tender. May add flour to thicken gravy. Serves 8 to 10.
