PINEAPPLE COLESLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
1 tsp. black pepper
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt to taste
1 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients well. Let stand overnight for best flavor.
