PIE CRUST 
1/2 c. oil (Crisco or Wesson)
1 3/4 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. water (med. warm)

Mix oil and water together and then add flour and salt; mix until it forms a ball and press flat on a piece of wax paper. Then place another piece of wax paper on top and roll out in a circle. Place in pie plate. Fill and bake or bake at 375 degrees until light brown.
