MAKE AHEAD POTATOES 
5 lb. red potatoes, peeled and cut up
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter, divided
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. Pet milk (approximately)

Combine and boil potatoes, salt and 1 stick of butter until done; drain. Add other stick of butter and beat with mixer. Add cream cheese; blend well. Add Pet milk until a little thin; put into baking dish. Cool completely, cover and refrigerate. When ready to use, dot with butter and microwave until warm, stirring often.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
