OYSTER STEW 
1 can oysters
5 oyster cans of water
1/4 lb. butter
1 can evaporated milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Put oysters, water and butter in large saucepan. Bring to a boil and add milk and seasoning. Heat to boiling temperature again. Remove from heat; serve with crackers.
