MARYLAND OYSTER STEW 
1 pt. shucked standard oysters with liquor
1 qt. HOT milk
1/4 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Seafood seasoning (optional)

Cook oysters in the liquor until edges curl, about 5 minutes. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper. For extra "zing", sprinkle a little seafood seasoning (Old Bay is great!) on each serving.

Makes 6 servings.
