CHICKEN IN A SKILLET | |
2 tbsp. oil 1 env. Lipton onion recipe soup mix 2 1/2-3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces 1/3 c. water 1 can whole tomatoes, drained & chopped Reserve liquid In large skillet, heat oil, brown chicken; drain. Add tomatoes and Lipton onion soup mix, blended with water and reserved liquid. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Makes about 4 servings. |
