BANANA-CHIP BARS 
3/4 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ripe bananas, mashed (1 c.)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Stir in banana. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture; beat well. Stir in chocolate pieces. Spread in greased and floured 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.
