MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. cooked macaroni or rigatoni
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. green peppers
1 c. cubed cheddar cheese (sharp)
Pepperoni slices or salami
Salt and pepper
Black olives

Toss with Italian dressing. Refrigerate about 1 hour and serve.
