CHICKEN ITALIAN 
2 tbsp. butter
3 1/2 lbs. chicken
1 1/3 c. water
1 1/3 c. (12 oz. can) Contadina Italian paste

Melt butter into 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Arrange chicken skin side up. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour off excess fat. Combine Italian paste and water. Pour mixture over chicken and cover with foil and bake 30 minutes longer. Serve chicken and sauce with hot cooked spaghetti or rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
