WILD RICE STUFFING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain white or wild rice mix
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
5 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook rice according to package directions; cool. Stir in remaining ingredients. Yield: about 4 cups.
