BIEROCKS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed in cold water & drained
2 packets onion soup mix
Salt
Cayenne pepper
6 or 7 cans crescent rolls

Cook hamburger and mix in onion soup mix, salt and cayenne pepper. Cool. Mix sauerkraut well. Unroll the rolls; cut in half. Pinch perforated lines together. Put 1 tablespoon meat mixture in center. Pinch together. Put pinched side down on greased cookie sheet. Beat 1 egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush on rolls. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
