PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. trimmed beef round steak, cut in strips and browned in pan
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. onion
Garlic
2 tbsp. Washington brown
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper

Combine all ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat for 50 minutes. Stir in green peppers (2 medium), cut in 1/2 inch strips, cherry tomatoes, halved (or 16 oz. can tomato wedges). Cook meat mixture covered until green peppers, about 6-8 minutes. Serve with rice.
