ORANGE SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (6 oz.) orange gelatin
1 lg. whipped topping
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Combine drained pineapple and gelatin. Stir in whipped topping and cottage cheese. Fold in well drained mandarin oranges. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
