MY YUMMY ANGEL CLOUD 
2 pkgs. (7 oz.) chocolate chips
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs (separated)
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. angel food cake

Melt chips with sugar and salt over hot water. Remove from heat and beat in egg yolks and cool for 5 minutes. Stir in beaten egg whites (stiff). Cool. Stir in whipped cream.

Break angel food cake into bite size pieces. Put half of cake pieces in a pan (8x12x2). Cover with chocolate mixture. Put the other half of cake pieces over the mixture. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts. After several hours or overnight cut into squares. (Good and easy.)
