LEE'S BARBEQUE SAUCE 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1-3 cloves garlic
1 c. catsup or tomato sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. honey
1 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oil and cook chopped onion until tender. Add minced garlic. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Let cool. Improves with age.
