KASE KNEPFLA CHEESE BUTTONS 
Flour
Salt
Eggs
Water
Dry cottage cheese
Pepper
Onion

Make a dough of 3 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 eggs, water to make a soft dough, roll to 1/4 inch thick cut in 4 inch squares, place a spoon full of filling on a square, place second square on top and seal.

Drop into boiling water to which a tablespoon of salt has been added. Boil about 10 minutes, drain and dry in butter. Make filling of 2 c. dry cottage cheese, 2 eggs, onion, salt, and pepper.
