Maicillo cornstarch
Dulce de panela (unrefined sugar)

Leave the Maicillo in water overnight before its preparation. Drain it the next day and put it to pop in a hot pot, covered. Make honey from the unrefined sugar until it gets sticky. Then mix the maicillo with the honey to make into ball-like form and put them on corn husk for decoration.
