JUICED-UP WATERMELON 
1 lg. watermelon (about 10 lbs.)
3/4 c. passion fruit juice blend or desired flavor fruit juice

(Rum, vodka, orange or melon-favored liqueur may be substituted for the fruit juice).

Cut hole 3 inches square and 3 inches deep in center of watermelon. Pour in fruit juice. Trim pink flesh from plug, leaving 1/2 inch rind; replace plug in watermelon. Refrigerate plugged side up about 8 hours or until fruit juice permeates watermelon.

Serves 12.
