ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE 
CAKE:

1 yellow cake mix
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drain & crush with fork

ICING:

1 (12 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained (do not get heavy syrup)
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
Pecan halves (optional)

Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Before pouring in pans add mandarin oranges. Cook as directed on package. Cool and frost. To prepare icing whip by hand (not mixer) the Cool Whip and pudding until smooth and creamy. Mix in the crushed pineapple. Decorate top of cake with pecan halves if desired.
