MERLUZZO CON PREZZEMELO 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. white vinegar
2 oz. water
2 lb. whiting fish, lg. to med. size, head off and cleaned
1/2 c. Italian parsley, chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper

In 12 inch non-stick frying pan, add olive oil, vinegar, and water. Add the fish then put remaining ingredients over fish. Use medium-high heat for 5 minutes, reduce heat to low and cook for 20 more minutes. Makes 4 servings.

NOTE: For a larger fish, increase cooking time 5 additional minutes.
