PEANUT BUTTER APPLE MUFFINS 
3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. applesauce

FLOUR MIXTURE:

3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

OAT MIXTURE:

1 1/4 c. oats
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. sunflower kernals

Cream peanut butter and butter. Add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs. Add applesauce. Stir in flour mixture and oat mixture. Place in approximately 18 cupcake papers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Can freeze in Ziplock bags. Good heated in microwave. Makes 18.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
