BREAD PUDDING 
6 beaten egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 qt. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 to 6 slices of bread (depending on size)
butter (made with corn oil)
Nutmeg

Beat together egg whites, sugar, milk, and vanilla to make custard mixture. Pour into a non-stick baking pan. Spread butter on one side of bread (leave off if no fat is wanted). Place bread, butter side up, on custard. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place baking pan in a pan of water. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
