BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Eggbeaters
2 c. 1 inch bread cubes
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine milk, sugar, Eggbeaters, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Stir in bread cubes. Divide mixture evenly among 5-6 oz. custard cups. Set in a pan of hot water about 1 inch deep. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean.

RAISIN BREAD PUDDING:

Proceed as above, but substitute 1/3 cup raisins for 1/4 cup sugar.
