PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix 1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix 1 c. Crisco oil 3 eggs 1 c. club soda Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and add club soda. Mix well. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°F. Glaze for Cake: 5 tbsp. brown sugar, well packed 3 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. milk Mix and let it come to a boil for 30 seconds. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of chopped pecans. Drizzle over cake while still hot. |
