EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. coconut
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. melted butter
Nutmeg to taste

Grease and flour 9 inch glass pie pan. Combine all ingredients in mixer for 3 minutes. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. The pie will rise but will fall when removed from oven.
