SNOW BALL CAKE 
2 env. plain gelatin
1 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh lemon)
3 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 angel food cake (reg. size)
1 Baker's Angel Flake Coconut

Dissolve gelatin in tablespoon cold water and add 1 cup boiling water, lemon juice, pineapple juice, sugar, salt, pineapple and mix well. Cool in refrigerator until partially set.

Beat 2 packages Dream Whip until very stiff and fold into mixture.

Break cake into bite size pieces. Alternate cake and mixture in large bowl until all used and chill overnight. Frost with other package Dream Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
